Weekly Coronavirus figures for Bedford Borough published

The latest weekly Coronavirus snapshot for Bedford Borough has been published.

The figures show that in the seven days up to 20th March:

• 2,527 PCR tests were taken
• There were 1,726 Coronavirus cases (209 more than the previous week)
• The weekly positive cases per 100,000 population was 988.1 (up from 868.4 in the previous week)

It also shows that:

• 135,951 people, or 80.2% of the 12+ population, had been vaccinated with at least one dose
• 128,429 people, or 75.8% of the 12+ population, had been vaccinated with 2 doses
• 97,461 people, or 57.5% of the 12+ population, had been vaccinated with their Booster or 3rd dose
