Support for Struggling Families

This year the Council received £2.5 million from Central Government to help
struggling families. In June, the funding was still not accessible for anyone .
Previously, funding has been used to support food for families with children on
free school meals following Marcus Rashford’s campaign. This help has been
dropped by the Conservatives.
