Enjoy Bedford Borough Libraries During Libraries Week... and Throughout the Year!

It's Libraries Week this week, and the focus of this year's celebration of the nation's libraries is their role in the digital world.

There are a range of digital services you can enjoy with Bedford Borough Libraries. You can renew, reserve and request books online here, while you can enjoy free ebooks, audiobooks, magazines and newspapers here!

In the face of hundreds of library closures across the country in recent years, Bedford Borough Council under Liberal Democrat Mayor Dave Hodgson has saved all of its libraries. In addition, opening hours have been extended for Library Plus Members at those branches which are part of the Library Plus scheme.
