Fair Treatment for Estate Residents

On many new estates, the green spaces and play areas have never been adopted by the council. Residents pay council tax like everyone else, then pay an extra estate charge to a management company to look after them.

When the council pays for grass cutting, it gets the VAT back. When an estate management company pays for exactly the same work, it can't. So estate residents pay 20% more for the same job.
