First Castle Quay Restaurant Unit Let - Set to Open in the Summer

The Castle Quay development is set to welcome its first restaurant, with one of the three units in this attractive area having been let. The 'Riverside Grill' will open in the summer, and I was delighted to welcome representatives there this week.
Castle Quay is a very attractive area, and as more shops and restaurants become occupied it will attract more footfall. Hopefully the two remaining restaurant units will be let shortly, and the redevelopment of the Castle Quay area will be complete. As I stood there and looked across Castle Bailey Gardens down to the river, I could only think about how appealing a prospect an evening at the new restaurant is likely to be.
