Last week, ahead of today's Global Motor Neurone Disease Awareness Day, Mayor Dave Hodgson met with members of Bedford Motor Neurone Disease Association to discuss the Act to Adapt campaign and the services Bedford Borough Council offer locally.
The Act to Adapt campaign believes every person with Motor Neurone Disease should be able to live safely, independently and with dignity in the time that remains to them.
