Lib Dem Councillor celebrates Black History Month - Event Saturday 28th Oct

Sarah-Jayne Holland, Lib Dem Councillor and Portfolio Holder for Leisure and Culture at Bedford Borough Council, is celebrating Black History Month.
The Higgins in Bedford is holding a African and Caribbean Heritage Day on Saturday 28th October at 11am until 4pm. There will be many talks throughout the afternoon details of which can be found here.
