Yesterday morning, Lib Dem Mayor Dave Hodgson broke ground at the site of the new Medical Centre at Church Lane.

The centre will join existing features already delivered for the regenerated site, which has seen a tired, unloved former shopping parade transformed by improvements including:

  • New 17,000ft Aldi Store
  • New 107 space car park supporting local shops
  • Provision of a multi purpose games court
  • Environmental and Landscaping Improvements
