More warm spaces open across Bedford Borough

Bedford Borough Council is pleased to announce that a large community effort has resulted in the opening of over 40 warm spaces for residents, with even more to come.

These warm spaces, located throughout the Borough including all the local libraries and some of the Children's Centres, provide a warm welcome, free hot drinks, and community activities for people of all ages to enjoy without any cost.

Mayor of Bedford Borough, Dave Hodgson, encourages residents to visit these warm spaces said "I urge you to visit your local warm space this winter and see what's on offer. This is a great opportunity for all the family to get involved in your community, meet new people, and spend time in a welcoming space this winter. There are warm spaces all across the Borough, with new ones opening this new year, so do go down and get involved."
