New national restrictions to tackle the spread of COVID-19 announced

The Prime Minister has announced that there will new national restrictions to tackle the spread of COVID-19 from Thursday 5th November, for a period of four weeks.

Bars, restaurants and leisure venue will closes. Takeaways can continue to trade.

Schools, Universities and essential shops will remain open.
