Bedfordshire Police suffer from severe underfunding in comparison to other police forces, partly as they are considered a small rural force!

The Liberal Democrats in parliament have been calling for an extra £300 million for policing across the country. Most of that money would be invested into community policing, which in too many areas have virtually disappeared. You can add your name to the campaign calling for extra funding for the Police .
