Liberal Democrat Candidate for Police and Crime Commissioner for Bedfordshire Jas Parmar has thanked all emergency services staff, NHS staff and key workers for their efforts during 2020, and wished a happy new year to all.
In a video published on New Year's Eve, he also hailed the incredible community spirit that has been shown and called for it to continue into 2021, as he wished everyone a happy and healthy 2021.
