Weekly Coronavirus figures for Bedford Borough published

The latest weekly coronavirus snapshot for Bedford Borough has been published.

The figures show that in the seven days up to June 13th:

• 7,548 PCR tests were taken (1,742 fewer than the previous week)
• There were 236 Covid-19 cases (37 fewer than the previous week)
• The weekly positive cases per 100,000 population was 136.2 (down from 157.5 in the previous week)

It also shows that 108,008 adults, or 67.9% of the 16+ population, had been vaccinated with at least one dose by June 6th. Meanwhile 73,395, or 46.1% of the 16+ population, had been vaccinated with 2 doses by June 6th.
