Weekly Coronavirus figures for Bedford Borough published

Bedford Borough COVID-19 snapshot published June 24 2021

The latest weekly coronavirus snapshot for Bedford Borough has been published.

The figures show that in the seven days up to June 20th:

  • 7,155 PCR tests were taken (393 fewer than the previous week)
  • There were 173 Covid-19 cases (63 fewer than the previous week)
  • The weekly positive cases per 100,000 population was 99.8 (down from 136.2 in the previous week)

It also shows that 113,670 adults, or 71.4% of the 16+ population, had been vaccinated with at least one dose by June 13th. Meanwhile 77,025, or 48.4% of the 16+ population, had been vaccinated with 2 doses by June 13th.
