Weekly Coronavirus figures for Bedford Borough published

The latest weekly coronavirus snapshot for Bedford Borough has been published.

The figures show that in the seven days up to July 11th:

• 8,509 PCR tests were taken
• There were 453 Coronavirus cases (90 more than the previous week)
• The weekly positive cases per 100,000 population was 261.4 (up from 209.5 in the previous week)

It also shows that 119,353 adults, or 77.0% of the 18+ population, had been vaccinated with at least one dose by June 27th. Meanwhile 84,753, or 54.7% of the 18+ population, had been vaccinated with 2 doses by July 4th.
