Weekly Coronavirus figures for Bedford Borough published

The latest weekly coronavirus snapshot for Bedford Borough has been published.

The figures show that in the seven days up to September 12th:

• 7,700 PCR tests were taken
• There were 455 Coronavirus cases (33 fewer than the previous week)
• The weekly positive cases per 100,000 population was 260.5 (down from 279.4 in the previous week)

It also shows that 125,434 adults, or 78.3% of the 16+ population, had been vaccinated with at least one dose and 113,733, or 71.0% of the 16+ population, had been vaccinated with 2 doses by 5th September.
