Weekly Coronavirus figures for Bedford Borough published

The latest weekly Coronavirus snapshot for Bedford Borough has been published.

The figures show that in the seven days up to 17th October:

• 9,239 PCR tests were taken
• There were 850 Coronavirus cases (152 more than the previous week)
• The weekly positive cases per 100,000 population was 486.6 (up from 87.0 in the previous week)

It also shows that 127,220 adults, or 86.8% of the 12+ population, had been vaccinated with at least one dose and 117,266, or 80.0% of the 12+ population, had been vaccinated with 2 doses by 10th October.
