Weekly Coronavirus figures for Bedford Borough published

The latest weekly Coronavirus snapshot for Bedford Borough has been published.

The figures show that in the seven days up to 30th January:

  • 5,212 PCR tests were taken
  • There were 2,442 Coronavirus cases (545 fewer than the previous week)
  • The weekly positive cases per 100,000 population was 1,397.9 (down from 1,709.9 in the previous week)

It also shows that:

  • 135,278 people, or 79.8% of the 12+ population, had been vaccinated with at least one dose
  • 125,931 people, or 74.3% of the 12+ population, had been vaccinated with 2 doses
  • 94,326 people, or 55.6% of the 12+ population, had been vaccinated with their Booster or 3rd dose
