Weekly Coronavirus figures for Bedford Borough published

The latest weekly Coronavirus snapshot for Bedford Borough has been published.

The figures show that in the seven days up to 3rd April:

• 2,239 PCR tests were taken
• There were 1,287 Coronavirus cases (537 fewer than the previous week)
• The weekly positive cases per 100,000 population was 736.7 (down from 1,044.2 in the previous week)

It also shows that:

• 135,976 people, or 80.3% of the 12+ population, had been vaccinated with at least one dose
• 128,762 people, or 76.0% of the 12+ population, had been vaccinated with 2 doses
• 97,997 people, or 57.8% of the 12+ population, had been vaccinated with their Booster or 3rd dose
