With the warmer weather approaching it's great to see more dog owners enjoying our local parks and green spaces. However, it is important to remember that this is also a critical time for many species of nesting birds. Bedford Borough Council is urging residents to take extra care when walking dogs in areas where nesting birds may be present.
We will continue to tackle climate change and protect our local environment by investing in sustainable technology and reducing carbon emissions to achieve a Net Zero Carbon Council by 2030. We have a long history of campaigning for a fair deal for Bedford Borough on health. It is essential that our residents can easily access the health services they need. The best way to do this is for the government to ensure that health infrastructure is in place before housing is built.
