Today is World Environment Day, and with this year's theme being air quality, Mayor Dave Hodgson has taken the opportunity to promote public transport as an alternative to car usage.

Fantastic Weekend in Bedford to Start to the Summer!
The Bedford International Kite Festival and first Bedford Festival of Motoring were at Russell Park and the Embankment over the weekend, with an estimated 30,000 visitors coming along to this fantastic weekend of fun in the sun.
