The Bedford Christmas Fair is this Weekend!
The Bedford Christmas Fair is taking place throughout the pedestrian area in Bedford Town Centre from today, Friday 11 December through to Sunday 13 December. The fair offers the chance for people to enjoy can experience the sights, sounds and smells of a traditional Christmas, with numerous attractions and stalls throughout the heart of the Town Centre selling an array of seasonal gifts, foods and treats.

Mayor Attends Downing Street Self-Build Housing Summit and Launches Borough's Own Register
Mayor Dave Hodgson yesterday attended a Self-Build housing summit at 10 Downing Street, and announced the launch of Bedford Borough's Custom and Self-Build Housing Register. The Council is asking residents who might wish to pursue a Custom or self-build housing project to sign up to the new register.
