I have been contacted by Thameslink regarding their proposed timetable changes from 21st May. They are proposing to remove some services mid evening during the week and on a Saturday, they are also proposing to remove a very early service. I am disappointed at these proposals and have asked for a meeting with Thameslink to discuss this.

Recently announced Liberal Democrat candidate for Great Denham, Joanna Szaub-Newton said that estate management charges are "completely unfair for local residents" and called on the Conservative government to "hurry up and take action" to end them. The Homes for Ukraine scheme launched in March 2022 and since then generous Bedford Borough residents have shared space in their homes with over 400 Ukrainian refugees.
