The South East Midlands Local Enterprise Partnership's (SEMLEP) Community Grants programme has opened for applications to support organisations helping people get back into work and will remain open until the 18th of September 2020.
After being closed for five months due to the COVID-19 pandemic, The Higgins Bedford will be reopening to the public on Tuesday 25 August.
Bedford Borough Council is beginning the phased reopening of library services.
Following reports that some pub goers were not adhering to social distancing rules this weekend, the Council is reminding people to keep two metres apart from others.
