Nick Clegg in the Harpur Suite answering questions

Nick Clegg Public Meeting

The Harpur Suite in Bedford town centre was bustling on Tuesday evening. Lib Dem leader Nick Clegg MP held one of his 'town hall' meetings. Vince said that it was very useful to hear the views of Bedford's largest private employer.

Mayor Dave Hodgson Reverses Council Plans for Greenfield Developments

Mayor Dave Hodgson has reversed Council proposals, submitted back in 2008, for housing and commercial developments on a range of green spaces across Bedford Borough.
