This week marks a decade of the Bedford Borough Council's Jobs Hub - a service, which has helped provide advice and support to over 50,000 residents and has helped over 4,000 people into Work, education and self-employment.
The final preparations are being made on the Embankment and Russell Park before 250,000 people arrive for the 2022 Bedford River Festival.
It is not long now until the River Festival returns this Saturday and Sunday and final preparations are well underway and Mayor Dave Hodgson has recored a video you can see here.
