Last week, Mayor Dave Hodgson visited St James's Church, Biddenham to meet with some of Ukrainian guests that are now in Bedford Borough to hear first hand their experiences. I also visited PBIC who are coordinating support for guests and hosts to again hear about any issues.

Bedford Borough’s rural cycle network praised by scrutiny committee

Last week's Environment and Sustainable Communities Overview and Scrutiny Committee recognised the fantastic work by Bedford Borough Council in developing the rural cycle network. The committee received a report outlining the cycling infrastructure already in place across the Borough, the £100,000 signage investment and future plans for infrastructure and investment.
